Terms & Conditions >>>
1. Customers are advised to contact NICAM (4) days regarding the status of
the repair set.
2. NICAM will not be liable or responsible for the loss or damage in anyway
whatsoever in such event, to any articles left for repair which is not
claimed by the customer within (3) calendar months effective from the date
stated above.
3. Please notify NICAM of any changes in personal particulars such as
address, telephone number etc.
4. Payment Terms : CASH Only
5. A service fee (non-refundable) will be charged accordingly, if the set
is found to have no fault or if the customer decides not to repair the
article after estimation.
6. Housecall/ Delivery fees will be charged accordingly depending on
location.
7. Warranty will not apply if adjustment, repair or parts replacement is
required because of
accident, unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress,
neglect, misuse, failure of electrical power, transportation, operation
with media not meeting or not maintained in accordance.
8. All products and softwares under service will subject to ONE MONTH
WARRANTY.
Goods sold and service fees charged are not refundable.
Transportation Charge per trip range from S$15.00 to S$25.00 depending on
location/distance.
Charges of all electronic and computer spare parts will be charged
separately.
Warranty Period is 1 month with effect from the service date.
Computer warranty will not apply for software installation.
